Use NextOwner only for lawful items you are allowed to sell on eBay.
Do not use NextOwner to list prohibited or restricted items, counterfeits, or listings that hide damage or misstate condition.
Do not attempt to bypass eBay policies, scrape other sellers at a scale that violates their terms, or upload content you do not have rights to.
Photo Studio must not be used to make an item look like a different product or to conceal faults.
