Privacy Policy

NextOwner stores the account and listing data needed to run the seller app. A full policy will be published before paid billing is enabled.

We collect the name, email and password hash you provide at signup, photos you upload, listing content generated from those photos, and eBay account identifiers after you connect with OAuth.

eBay access and refresh tokens are stored server-side. NextOwner does not ask for your eBay password.

Marketing analytics events (for example page views and signup started) are stored without attaching your email to the event row. Waitlist emails are stored only if you consent.

You can contact us via the contact form to ask what we hold. Account deletion for eBay marketplace account deletion notifications is handled at the documented eBay endpoint.
