What is NextOwner?+–
NextOwner is an AI reselling assistant. You photograph an item; NextOwner identifies it, researches a price, prepares photos, fills eBay details and can publish the listing through your connected eBay seller account.
Does NextOwner actually create the eBay listing?+–
Yes. When your eBay account is connected, NextOwner builds the title, category, item specifics, description, postage settings and price, then publishes through that account. You do not rebuild the listing by hand in eBay.
Do I need an eBay account?+–
Yes. NextOwner connects to your existing eBay seller account. It does not create an eBay account for you, and it is not an eBay storefront of its own.
Can I review listings before they go live?+–
Yes. Choose Full Auto, Review high value, or Review all. Items NextOwner is unsure about go to Needs Attention instead of being published.
Can NextOwner price my items?+–
Yes. It looks at comparable market evidence and recommends a price. You can change the strategy (quick sale, balanced, max profit) or set the price yourself.
What happens if it can't identify something?+–
The item is sent to Needs Attention so you can confirm what it is. NextOwner is built to stop rather than guess when confidence is too low.
Does NextOwner change my product photos?+–
Optionally. Photo Studio can clean the background, crop, straighten and improve lighting for marketplace presentation. Original photos are kept.
Will AI hide damage?+–
No. Photo Studio is designed to preserve the actual appearance and condition of the item. It does not hide damage or invent a different product.
Can I use it on my phone?+–
Yes. NextOwner is a responsive web app for phone, tablet and desktop. After you sign in, you can add it to your home screen on supported devices.
Do I need to download anything?+–
No. Open nextownerai.com in a browser to read about NextOwner and join the waitlist. The seller workspace is at app.nextownerai.com when your PC is on. There is no App Store app yet.
Can I sell items from car boots?+–
Yes. Sourcing Assistant and Car Boot Mode let you photograph an item, enter the asking price, and get a Buy / Maybe / Pass suggestion before you pay.
Does NextOwner handle postage?+–
NextOwner can open the order in eBay Seller Hub so you can buy and print postage there. It does not generate Royal Mail barcodes itself.
Can NextOwner print shipping labels?+–
Print Station prints packing and SKU sheets. Postage labels are bought and printed on eBay. A Windows Print Agent for sending jobs straight to a label printer is available soon.
Is NextOwner affiliated with eBay?+–
No. NextOwner connects to your eBay seller account. It is not owned, operated, or officially endorsed by eBay.
Can I cancel my subscription?+–
Paid billing is not enabled yet. The Free plan has no charge. When paid plans launch, you will be able to cancel from account settings.
