NextOwner is the operating system for UK eBay resellers. You photograph items or dump a pile; it groups, identifies, prices, prepares studio photos and Autolists through your connected eBay seller account. Inventory, Needs Attention, Best Offers, messages and orders (print label, pack, complete) live in the same workspace.

Yes. When your eBay account is connected, NextOwner builds the title, category, item specifics, description, postage settings and price, then publishes through that account to ebay.co.uk. You do not rebuild the listing by hand in eBay.

Dump mode on Sell is for a pile of stock. You photograph the lot; NextOwner groups angles into items you confirm, then Autolists the confirmed pile. Car-boot mode on Source is the same dump pipeline, labelled for a car-boot haul. Single-item Sell is still there when you only have one piece.

Yes. NextOwner connects to your existing eBay seller account. It does not create an eBay account for you, and it is not an eBay storefront of its own.

Yes. Choose Full Auto, Review high value, or Review all. Items NextOwner is unsure about go to Needs Attention instead of being published.

Yes. It looks at comparable market evidence and recommends a price. You can change the strategy (quick sale, balanced, max profit) or set the price yourself.

The item is sent to Needs Attention so you can confirm what it is. NextOwner is built to stop rather than guess when confidence is too low. Buyer Best Offers have their own Offers tab.

Optionally. Photo Studio can clean the background, crop, straighten, improve lighting and apply a watermark for marketplace presentation. Original photos are kept.

No. Photo Studio is designed to preserve the actual appearance and condition of the item. It does not hide damage or invent a different product.

Yes. Paid orders start at Print postage. You buy and print the label in eBay Seller Hub, mark the label printed, pack, then mark complete. Postage barcodes are bought on eBay — NextOwner does not generate Royal Mail barcodes.

Open Best Offers appear under Offers — you can accept or decline. NextOwner does not send a counter-offer. Messages are pulled from eBay as read-only; suggested replies stay in NextOwner. Reply in eBay Seller Hub if you need to answer the buyer.

Yes. NextOwner is a responsive web app for phone, tablet and desktop. After you sign in, you can add it to your home screen on supported devices.

No. Open nextownerai.com in a browser to read about NextOwner and join the waitlist. The seller workspace is at app.nextownerai.com when your PC is on. There is no App Store app yet.

Yes. On Source, Scan photographs an item and the asking price for a Buy / Maybe / Pass suggestion before you pay. Car-boot mode dumps the haul from your phone, groups the shots, and Autolists once you confirm the piles.

Print Station prints packing and SKU sheets. Postage labels are bought and printed on eBay. A Windows Print Agent for sending jobs straight to a label printer is available soon.

No. NextOwner connects to your eBay seller account. It is not owned, operated, or officially endorsed by eBay.

Paid billing is not enabled yet. The Free plan has no charge. When paid plans launch, you will be able to cancel from account settings.
